WHAT: Senate and House state budget writers have released their base budgets for the 2026-27 fiscal biennium.

In the Senate, SB 1 would spend $332.9 billion in combined state and federal funds in the 2026-27 fiscal biennium. In the House, HB 1 would spend $335.7 billion in combined state and federal funds in the 2026-27 fiscal biennium.
