Prior Work Experience
Emma transitioned to Texas 2036 from the Texas Senate. Previously, she worked under Senator John Whitmire, Chair of Criminal Justice. It was during her time in the Texas Senate that Emma discovered her interest in bringing well-researched data and policy solutions to Texans and closely engaging with constituents to make the legislative process more accessible to the public.
