Shannon D. Fletcher is a native of Fort Worth and has extensive experience in the nonprofit, government, and public policy sector. Currently, she serves as the Chief of Staff for Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney Sharen Wilson. In this capacity, Fletcher leads the Chief of Staff division and is responsible for all non-lawyer, non-investigator operations of the office which includes overseeing hiring and personnel matters, internal information technology needs, facility requirements, media, community outreach, and the development and administration of both the Criminal District Attorney’s office annual budget and annual report.

Fletcher has been named “Great Women of Texas” by the Fort Worth Business Press as well as Top 40 Under 40 and 20 Women to Watch. Fletcher is a past recipient of the Girls Scout Texas Oklahoma Plains Chapter “Take Action” award and recipient of the Spirit of John South Award presented by Texas A&M ArgiLife Extension. She is a 2014 member of the Leadership Fort Worth Class. She serves as board member to the United Way of Tarrant County and Neeley Alumni Executive Board. She was a former board member to the Tarrant Area Food Bank and Presbyterian Night Shelter.
