Focus
As a member of the Texas 2036 policy team, Jordan provides support and strategic guidance to the internal policy team on legislative and administrative matters, while also managing our external team and partners, coalition engagement and stakeholder outreach.
For the 2025 legislative session, she will work with key stakeholders, including policymakers, coalition partners, researchers and advocates to develop and advance data-driven, nonpartisan policy solutions.
Prior Work Experience
Prior to joining Texas 2036, Jordan spent 10 years working in various capacities in the Texas House of Representatives, including as Executive Director of the Texas House Republican Caucus and Capitol Director, Committee Clerk and Legislative Assistant in State Representative Tan Parker’s office. Prior to working in the Texas House, Jordan organized the operations of statewide and congressional campaigns and aided accomplished lobbyists in Texas.
