Virginia is the Head of U.S. State and Local Government Relations at Texas Instruments where she strategically leads public policy advocacy and political activity across multiple states where TI operates. She is also the treasurer of the TI PAC. Prior to joining Texas Instruments, Virginia was the Senior Vice President of Public Policy at the Dallas Regional Chamber where she led the public policy team and worked with members to develop and advocate for public policy positions related to economic development, energy, transportation and water supply issues. Virginia’s experience also includes serving as a law clerk to the United States Senate Judiciary Committee and a law clerk for Chief Judge Ricardo Hinojosa of the Southern District of Texas.

Virginia attended The University of Texas at Austin where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government. After college, Virginia earned her J.D. at South Texas College of Law.

Virginia resides in Dallas with her husband, Edward, and their two young children, Ted and Elizabeth. She is active in the community and serves on the boards of Dallas Cattle Baron’s Ball and Dallas CASA. She also represents TI on several professional boards in Dallas, Austin and Washington, D.C.
