Morghan is a recipient of the Texas 2036 Lone Star Fellowship Program. Specifically, she covers public education policy with an emphasis on early literacy, assessment and accountability, and advanced mathematics.

Prior Work Experience

Morghan transitioned to Texas 2036 from the Texas House of Representatives. Previously, she worked with Representative Ryan Guillen, Chair of Homeland Security & Public Safety, and Representative Brad Buckley, Chair of Public Education. 

It was during her time in the House of Representatives that Morghan demonstrated her unwavering commitment to public service, and she remains dedicated to seeking data-driven solutions for the challenges facing Texans today.
